All users are required to agree to the terms and conditions of use of data as described in the End User Licence (EUL). This is agreed to during registration with the Economic and Social Data Service. This includes, for example: agreement to cite the data correctly and inform the UK Data Achive/ESDS of any publications; not to share data with anyone who is not authorised to access them; not to use the data for commercial purposes, except with permission; and not to try to use the data to identify individuals, households or organisations. A plain English Summary of the EUL is also available.
