The World Bank's International Debt Statistics (previously Global Deveopment Finance) contains more than 200 debt and financial flows indicators for
over 120 countries that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank Debtor Reporting System. The database covers external debt stocks and flows, major economic
aggregates, and key debt ratios as well as average terms of new commitments, currency composition of long-term debt, debt restructuring, and scheduled debt service projections.
These data run from 1970 onwards where available.

Periodicity and Time Range
The International Debt Statistics contains annual time series data from 1970 onwards where available. At ESDS International the database is updated annually. See the latest data update page for further information.
