ESDS Government help desk
A help desk service is available for
users of the ESDS Government surveys. This is operated by email and telephone
and is available from 9am to 5pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays).

For general help with registration, downloading or ordering data, using NESSTAR
or problems in opening data or documentation files use the Main
ESDS help desk. A series
of guides are also available from ESDS that both introduce and provide guidance
