Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the time spent on various types of activity by Area Team based Home Help/Home Care Organisers, supervisors and clerical staff. There was concern about the proportion of time available to organisers and supervisors for visiting clients. Client visits are for the purpose of assessment and review.
