If requested, data may have been supplied in other formats where
practicable.



Data Notes
==========
Each file contains undocumented codes used to identify elements in the 
data. 

A number of records in each data file contain minor transcription
errors. 

The 'sequence' of the "seq" field in all data files is disrupted. 

The data was transcribed by a number of volunteers working a batch
system.



Documentation
=============
The documentation "fields.rtf"/"fields.pdf" has been produced
by AHDS History to supplement the file list supplied by the depositor.
