Fourth Annual Survey of Ethnic Minorities

The depositors have stated that the data only be made available on the
understanding that results for the white sample and the ethnic minority
sample are NOT  combined. They are completely independent samples.

The data should also ALWAYS be weighted 'by the appropriate weighting
factor'.

This dataset includes ACORN coding.  The values used are the digits
after the decimal point.  So, 1=wealthy suburbs, large detached houses
and 9=private flats, elderly people.

Variable HH41AN contains the time the interview ended, using the 24 hour clock,
with '9999' representing a missing value.
