Publishing data in UKDA-store

UKDA-store contributors should publish their data in UKDA-store after they have uploaded them, preferably as soon as possible. To publish and allow access to the project, check the box 'Confirm materials are ready for publication' and 'Submit'. The data will be checked by ESDS before it is published. An email will be sent to inform UKDA-store contributors when ESDS releases the data and will include a link to the published data.

ESDS undertakes to:

• provide an annual usage report only on request

ESDS reserves the right to:

• suspend or remove a user from the service or remove any content if it is considered that there is or is likely to be a breach of security or, if it is believed that use of the site is contrary to the terms and conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion - ESDS will try to discuss any incident with appropriate users before taking action in these respects but cannot guarantee to do so

The contributor is requested to:

• notify the ESDS of any publications arising from the data collection, to maintain currency in the catalogue record
• notify the ESDS of any changes in contact details
